Upper Midwest Youth Ambassador Program    

The NPH USA Youth Ambassador program exists to engage young people in the mission of NPH USA and is vital to the continued success of the organization. Youth Ambassadors are passionate NPH supporters who help promote the NPH mission, raise funds and awareness for children in need, and connect more people with children in our NPH homes. The Youth Ambassador Program unifies young people who are passionate about combating global poverty and helping children.

Membership

NPH USA Youth Ambassadors are passionate about service and helping those in need. They come from various different high schools and all work together towards the same goals – making a difference in a child’s life. The goals of youth ambassadors are:

• Motivate and inspire others to spread the NPH mission.
• Help to promote sponsorship by securing new sponsorships.
• Become a child sponsor yourself for a child in one of our NPH homes.
• Facilitate and support fundraising events through school, church, friends, etc.
• Promote NPH USA trips to friends.
• Check in with Youth Ambassador Coordinator to share ideas, progress and feedback.

In 2017 Junior Ambassadors raised $2,106.84 for the NPH kids through fundraising activities that included penny wars, a state fair scavenger hunt, and a jingle bell run.
