Support the Hightower and Kloos Legacy Fund

  • Molly Hightower, Ryan Kloos and Erin KloosOn January 12, 2010, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake devastated the impoverished nation of Haiti. An estimated 200,000 people were killed, including NPH USA international volunteer Molly Hightower of Port Orchard, WA, and visitor Ryan Kloos of Phoenix, AZ. More than 300,000 people were injured, including visitor Rachel Prusynski and volunteer Erin Kloos. Approximately 1.5 million people were left homeless, including members of the Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos/Nos Petits Freres et Soeurs (NPH/NPFS, Spanish and French for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”) family.

To honor Molly, Ryan and Erin, NPH USA has created The Hightower and Kloos Legacy Fund, an endowment fund to honor their sacrifice and continue their legacy. The Legacy Fund will provide a stipend for international volunteers serving at NPH/NPFS. These volunteers will ensure that the legacy of Molly and Ryan lives on.

Please make a gift to The Hightower and Kloos Legacy Fund or to our general fund to support all of the NPH/NPFS homes.
